Blog Pages

A company blog that writes itself, and gets found

Turn a topic, a link or an existing post into a full article on your own hosted blog. Structured for search, linked into topic clusters, with lead capture built in. Live at yourcompany.prozly.site or your own domain.

Full articles, not summaries

Quick mode writes a 900–1,300-word article in one pass from your material, no web research. Thorough mode researches the web (up to 5 searches), plans an outline, drafts sections in parallel, runs an editor pass and adds branded inline images, with sources: it cites 3 to 8 reputable sources inline and ends with a Sources section. Every article gets a claim check: each factual claim is marked supported, from your material or unsupported, and unsupported ones are softened or removed. Plus key takeaways, headings and a FAQ.

Microsoft 365 backup isn’t a recovery plan

9 October 2026 · AI-assisted

Key takeaways

  • Test Microsoft 365 restores on real mailboxes, files and Teams before an incident forces you to rely on them.
  • Define who leads, who restores and who communicates, so recovery does not stall in the first hour.

The gap most small businesses miss

Retention settings, a backup platform, even a managed service, but no tested restore path for Teams and no incident plan that says who does what first.

Topic clusters, not a pile of posts

Every article joins a topic. Topic pages, breadcrumbs and a “More on…” block link your articles into clusters: the internal-linking structure search engines reward as authority.

How it works

1

Enable your blog

Pick a title and an address. Choose Editorial, Magazine or Minimal, a sidebar or single column, and your accent color. Your logo and brand voice come along automatically.

2

Write and publish

Describe the topic or start from a pack. Review, adjust the topic, publish, or schedule it with a LinkedIn teaser that goes out five minutes after the article is live.

3

Get found and capture leads

Articles are indexed, clustered and shared. Add a lead magnet, connect your own domain, and watch views and leads per article in Prozly.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a website or hosting?

No. Every blog is hosted by Prozly at yourcompany.prozly.site with its own certificate, sitemap and feed. Connect your own domain (like blog.yourcompany.com) whenever you want.

Will readers know it's AI-assisted?

Each article carries a short “AI-assisted, published under the editorial responsibility of your company” line by default, transparent for readers and regulators. You can switch it off per site.

Which plan includes the blog?

Blog pages and lead magnets are included on Professional and Agency. A custom domain is a €9/month add-on on Professional and included on Agency. Articles use your monthly AI credits: 3 for Quick, 6 for Thorough, plus 2 per inline image.
